How do you know when to use one question versus another? How do you know when a question is effective? Whether a book, speech, or TED talk, “what is the topic?” is the first question to answer. It's how you get opportunities, how people share your message with friends, and great writing (or speaking) can't save a boring topic.

They are used to gather a large amount of information through the use of one question rather than a range.
